Working in Growth and P&L focused executive leadership roles, I consistently saw opportunities for focused, disciplined programs that would generate sustained, incremental revenue and customer growth. The precise shape of these programs varied, some were focused on customer acquisition, some transformed loyalty, others brought products into new markets – each situation was distinct and nuanced. However, the presence of unrealized opportunity was ubiquitous.
In the course of building many Growth Programs it became clear – these opportunities require process and substantially benefit from experience. To clearly define the growth potential, galvanize cross-functional support, align leadership and operators around a focused plan, and rigorously measure toward effective and efficient outcomes.
